Todd Mayover is a leader in data privacy consulting and is valued by his peers for his can-do attitude, ability to drive projects to completion in a timely manner, his knowledge and expertise, and his effective communication skills. Todd is also a genuine team player and an experienced C-Suite advisor.

Todd has a rich background developing privacy risk management and compliance frameworks around privacy matters, as well as leading international data protection initiatives including General Data Protection Regulation compliance, performing privacy impact assessments and implementing privacy compliance measures. He also has extensive experience advising teams on data privacy and protection laws and providing training on data privacy and data protection best practices. In addition, Todd performs due diligence on corporate privacy programs to guide investors in acquisitions and financing deals.

Prior to his role as a Data Privacy Consultant, Todd’s career included positions as Chief Legal Officer for both a start-up health data technology company, and a fast-growing medical device company. He also served as Senior Corporate Counsel and US Data Privacy Officer for three prominent multinational pharmaceutical companies and then for a leading biotechnology company.

Todd received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, an M.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Microbiology from the Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work Todd is an avid road cyclist, salt water aquarium enthusiast, and he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family and friends.
